AlphaTime: World Clock ("AlphaTime", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information AlphaTime handles when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

AlphaTime is designed to provide world-clock and time-zone functionality without requiring you to create an account or provide personal information to AlphaTime.

AlphaTime does not collect, sell, or share personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address for its own purposes.

The App does not require you to provide precise physical location information.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

AlphaTime offers an optional auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store.

Subscription purchases and payments are processed by Apple. AlphaTime receives subscription information from Apple's StoreKit services that is necessary to determine whether you have an active subscription and whether premium features should be available.

AlphaTime does not receive or store your Apple Account password, payment-card information, or other payment credentials.

Information associated with your Apple Account and App Store purchases is handled by Apple according to Apple's privacy policies and terms.

3. Location and Time-Zone Information

AlphaTime does not require access to your precise physical location.

The App uses time-zone information to provide world-clock and time-conversion features. Time-zone information is used only to provide the App's functionality.

4. Data Storage

AlphaTime does not operate its own user database, user account system, or cloud account system.

Any information stored locally on your device is used only to support the App's functionality, settings, and preferences. Local app data is not transmitted to AlphaTime.

You can remove locally stored AlphaTime data by deleting the App from your device.

5. Third-Party Services

AlphaTime uses Apple's App Store and StoreKit services for subscription and in-app purchase functionality.

Apple may collect and process information in connection with App Store purchases, subscriptions, payments, and Apple Account services. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies, terms, and agreements.

AlphaTime does not use third-party advertising networks or sell personal information.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

AlphaTime does not maintain a personal-information database or user account.

Because AlphaTime does not maintain personal information on its own servers, there is no AlphaTime account or server-side personal information for us to delete.

Locally stored App data can be removed by deleting AlphaTime from your device.

Subscription and purchase records associated with your Apple Account are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies and systems.

7. Children's Privacy

AlphaTime does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be made available within the App with a revised "Last updated" date.
